PR Brain

PR Brain
— one platform
instead of five windows

Monitoring, approvals, spokespeople, crisis response, analytics and an AI assistant — in a single interface. One platform instead of five subscriptions.

PR Brain was built by the communications agency Team One. We built it around our own processes and use it on our own projects.

Your PR team works
across five tools

Each window works its own way. And that makes the whole picture impossible to see.

Monitoring lives in one service. Approvals happen in a messenger. The photo library sits on a cloud drive. Reports are done by hand. Each tool works fine on its own. Together they don't work at all.

It is not only time that gets lost. The history goes too: who proposed the wording, who amended it, who approved it and why. A month later the chain is impossible to reconstruct — it has scattered across chats and inboxes.

II

AI that
knows your brand

Fast does not mean unchecked.

This is not a general-purpose chatbot. The AI assistant is trained on your materials: it knows your spokespeople, understands your company's communication style, and runs wherever the rest of the platform runs.

01

Writer

Generates press releases in your style

02

Editor

Checks copy against your requirements

03

Strategist

Proposes a response plan for negative coverage

04

Analyst

Explains metrics and recommends actions

05

Translator

Adapts copy across languages

Spokespeople under control

The faster a team replies to journalists, the higher the risk of saying too much. The platform removes that risk without slowing the work down.

Approved topics

Every spokesperson is assigned the topics they are cleared to comment on.

Off-limits areas

The system knows the restrictions: competitors, pricing, internal data, partners, crisis topics.

AI check before publication

A comment, a quote or a reply to a journalist is checked against the rules before it goes out.

Control stays with you

The team prepares answers faster, but tone, risk and public position remain your decision.

III

One platform

One window instead of five tabs.

Four pillars that carry a PR team's daily work. And an AI assistant that ties them together.

The system does not just draw charts. It states a conclusion: where attention grew, which mentions went unanswered, and what to do next week.

IV

One day

There is no less work. There are fewer actions.

The six operations that make up an ordinary day for a PR manager. On the left, how it happens today. On the right, how it happens with the platform.

V

Data protection

Security requirements are not an add-on to the product. They are its foundation.

For the people who will sign off on the rollout: how the protection works, what is covered by default, answers to the questions your security team asks first, and material for internal approval.

What is covered by default

Below is what ships with the platform from day one and needs no separate configuration.

A ready-made data-protection document pack for your security review
Data encrypted in transit and at rest
Role-based permissions and a full action log
Data isolation between departments and between clients
Regular backups and a defined recovery procedure
The AI has no direct access to critical data, and every request is logged
No data is passed to third-party services
Data export in open formats on your request

Frequently asked questions

Where is our data stored?

In a protected perimeter on our side, isolated from other clients' data. Documents, drafts, the spokesperson database, approval correspondence and audit logs are never passed to third-party services.

Where does the language model physically run?

In that same protected perimeter, on our own hardware. Calls to external models are possible only as a separate option and only if you decide to enable them — by default there are none.

Who on your team has access to our data?

Support engineers' access is governed by policy and granted for a specific task, not standing. Every action appears in the log alongside your own employees' actions.

How are updates released?

We install updates ourselves, with no load on your IT department. Anything that could affect availability is agreed with you in advance.

Can we test the platform ourselves before signing?

Yes. We provide a test environment and documentation on the architecture and network interactions, and we have no objection to security testing by your own team or your contractor.

What happens to our data if we decide to leave?

We export it on your request: documents, approval history and analytics, in open formats and with no strings attached. The list of formats is being finalised.

VI

Seven days
to take a look

After that, it is your call.

A private workspace with your own mentions in it, for seven days. No rollout and no commitment — just a look at how it works on your data.

01

A dedicated project manager stays available at every stage, from rollout to day-to-day operation. A single point of contact.

02

Updates only by agreement with your IT department. No automatic changes: you control what gets updated and when.

03

The platform launched recently, and that works in your favour. Early clients get direct contact with the development team and shape which features come next.

A platform cannot be judged from a presentation. It has to be opened.

Send us a request and we will build a private workspace for your company and send you access for seven days. Inside will be your mentions, your sources and your analytics.
